Returns Policy
All Lunalis products must be returned to the company within seven days of receipt. Product must be unused AND in its original packaging. Product must be unopened and undamaged. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder and you must contact them directly.
